Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) is a multifunctional cytokine, which induces proliferation or
death in a cell type-dependent manner. We previously showed that murine embryonic
fibroblasts (MEFs) from TNF receptor-associated factor 2 (Traf2) and Traf5double-deficient
